Sherilyn Daquis (BMR-PT)

Physiotherapist and Owner

A physiotherapist by experience and education, Sherilyn Daquis took the usual route of a new but ambitious immigrant – worked her way up from physiotherapist aide positions, challenged the licensure examinations and successfully passed the requirements, and continues to enhance her skills and knowledge. In June 2011, she began to treat patients at her own Maples Physiotherapy Clinic in Winnipeg.

Lijo Paul (BMR-PT)

Physiotherapist

Kariza Gaitan (BMR-PT)

Physiotherapist

Kariza graduated with a Physiotherapy Degree from De La Salle – Health Sciences Institute in the Philippines in 2008. Coming to Canada, she took the Qualifying Exam in 2018 and completed the Physiotherapy National Exam in 2019.
Kariza believes that rehabilitation starts with the client. A holistic patient-oriented approach to treatment using combinations of exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques, helps to maximize long term function.

Jenivy Jamora (BMR-PT)

Physiotherapist

Jenivy is an internationally trained physiotherapist from the Philippines. She completed the one year Alberta Internationally Educated Bridging Physiotherapy Program (AIEBPT) and joined our team in 2018.
Her experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of settings fuels her passion to help clients get back to the activities they enjoy most. She believes in a client-centred care, functional movement approach and provides comprehensive education about their condition to inspire the client’s role in rehabilitation.

Juner "Dax" Daquis, RMT

Massage Therapist

Juner graduated at Robertson College as a Registered Massage therapist. My specialty is deep tissue/pain relief therapy. I am also certified in prenatal ,swedish, and trigger point therapy. I am passionate in therapeutic bodywork because I experience the positive outcome it can have. In my professional opinion, massage is not only good for the physical aspect of the body, but, also a positive for the emotional well-being. I truly love my career as a Massage therapist & look forward to helping you heal your body in an alternative approach to health care!”
